You can always count on Beyonce to deliver a killer performance. At last night’s Michael Jackson tribute, Michael Forever, the singer made an appearance via satellite to perform “I Wanna Be Where You Are,” a Jackson 5 classic.

Because she was told by doctors to avoid traveling on long distances as much as possible now that she’s pregnant, Beyonce decided to perform via satellite transmission.

She was introduced on stage by Michael’s three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket, who called her one of the greatest performers of our time.

She clearly proved that she was aptly named so, turning back time in a golden mini-dress with big hair and bigger earrings, a disco-inspired choreography and, most importantly, a voice that did not fail to impress members of the audience.

Beyonce also spoke a bit before belting out the tune, saying that the only reason she accepted to be part of the tribute was because Michael was and would continue to be her only inspiration.
