Being a mommy won't stop her from being the hardest working woman in showbiz, that much is clear. Less than three months after giving birth, the singer has already announced her comeback to live performing.

On a post on her official website (so this is the real deal, not just a rumor), Beyonce announces 3 shows on Memorial Weekend, with tickets going on sale soon.

“Brand new resort + Memorial Day Weekend + summer kickoff party + new live show = Beyonce getting back to business live on stage at Revel. Three exclusive shows with the unstoppable star at the brand new beachfront resort,” the announcement says.

Tickets will become available on April 6, so fans would better set their calendars, because the shows are bound to sell out in a matter of minutes, if not actually seconds.

After all, it has happened before.

Also on her official website, Beyonce posted a photo of herself at last night's charity dinner to raise money for the Obama foundation.

As expected, everybody's been talking about how great she looks, wondering what her secret might be.

She's wearing a blue Victoria Beckham dress matched with blue nail polish, presumably as a tribute of some sorts for her and Jay-Z's daughter Blue Ivy – and she looks positively phenomenal.

Beyonce'a comeback to live performing might have surprised some, but PageSix had an idea of it before she even announced it.

The tab said that Jay-Z was planning his wife's comeback, thinking of a $150 million (€113.6 million) worldwide tour.

It even said that the deal for the tour was signed shortly after the singer gave birth in January, which is to say she never had plans of taking too much time off.

“Just weeks after the birth of Blue Ivy, Jay met with Live Nation to discuss a tour for Beyonce. He wanted a deal worth about $150 million, but they countered with a lower offer,” a source was quoted as saying.

Beyonce's announcement is just for three concert dates, but many voices online are saying fans should expect a full-fledged tour later this year.
