Bethesda Softworks, a video game publisher that is expanding its portfolio and becoming more important with each year, has confirmed the launch dates for four of its most important titles in 2011, Brink, Hunted: The Demon's Forge, RAGE and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Brink will be out on May 17 in North America and three days later in Europe and will allow gamers to engage in single player, cooperative and multiplayer matches in a world that is segregated between two rival factions.

The game will include an innovative control system that allows players to get through the environment quickly, dynamic battlefields and the now customarily customization options for the characters players control.

Hunted: The Demon's Forge will be launched on June 1 in North America and on June 3 in Europe, allowing gamers to experience a dungeon crawling experience that relies heavily on cooperative mechanics.

The game is created by inXile Entertainment and will rely on two very different characters, a cautious swordsman and an agile and daring rogue, with a dark fantasy world to explore and throngs of monsters to defeat.

RAGE, the id Software created first person shooter that has long been awaited by players, will be released on September 13 in North America and after three days in Europe, introducing the new id Tech 5 game engine, beautiful vistas, smart enemies and vehicle sections in an experience that the developers say will redefine the first person genre.

Last but not least The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the successor to best seller Oblivion, will be out on November 11 of the year, bringing a new province to explore and dragons to battle and cooperate with.

All the titles Bethesda has officially confirmed will be playable on the PC, the PlayStation 3 from Sony and the Xbox 360 from Microsoft.

Vlatko Andonov, the president of Bethesda Softworks, says, “We are thrilled to offer our fans such a strong roster of games. We are excited to present such a diverse line-up of high quality titles. 2011 will be a great year for gamers.”
