Today, global leading providers of Business Support System (BSS) solutions Intec announced that it managed to successfully roll-out its market-leading solutions for Best Buy, the popular multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services. According to the company, its solution for Best Buy was delivered in a managed services model hosted by Intec’s business partner CSC.

The Intec solution for Best Buy includes the company's Singl.eView platform, as well as its Inter-mediatE and Inter-activatE products. The solution comes with full support for retailer’s mobile broadband offering, Best Buy Connect, which was launched officially on July 11. Best Buy chose Intec for its MVNO plans so as to be able to provide innovative new services to its customers. Best Buy Connect is only one such product, enabling users to one-stop-shop for connected solutions through the acquisition of computers with customizable broadband service plans.

The Singl.eView platform from Intec comes with support for unlimited services types, a feature that should offer Best Buy the possibility to offer a wide range of services to its customers, including data plans and more. The retailer's offer would include support for postpaid, prepaid, and “pay now” offerings, while enabling Best Buy to stay on top of the latest changes in the mobile space.
