14 DAY TRIAL // Warner Bros. is following up the release of the first official trailer for “Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice” late last week with 2 brand new character posters for the famous superheroes. You can find them in the gallery below.
Director Zack Snyder, who is at the helm of “BvS” and also directed the Superman reboot “Man of Steel,” also posted the one-sheets on his Twitter, with the hashtag #MondayBvSSpecialIMAXEvent.
That’s in reference to today’s IMAX release of the first trailer, which was announced last week. This was supposed to be the first time that fans got to see official footage from the highly anticipated film, but a leak late last week forced the studio to release the trailer online first.
The hashtag also hints that fans buying tickets for the IMAX event might get these 2 posters as presents. Snyder said before that they had something cool prepared for these fans, and it’s common practice for studios to create posters especially for this type of event.
So if you got your tickets, you might get one or even both these posters when you leave the theater.
“Dawn of Justice” is the first time Batman and Superman share the big screen, so expectations are very high for this film. It stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot and Jesse Eisenberg, and will arrive in theaters in March 2016.
