Batman: Arkham Knight has just received its third gameplay video in the Ace Chemicals Infiltration series, this time showcasing a few cut scenes, not to mention some footage in which the Caped Crusader goes up against an attack chopper. At the end, there are also a few sequences of the PS4 exclusive DLC Scarecrow Nightmare.

The Batman games have delivered some of the most impressive action adventure experiences of recent years, proving that not only can a great game be made after a comic book hero, but that it can also respect and build upon the universe, while influencing the rest of the games industry.

The next big installment is Batman: Arkham Knight, and developer Rocksteady has already showcased quite a few different gameplay videos as part of the Ace Chemicals Infiltration mission, in which the Dark Knight and his new Batmobile are introduced.

The third gameplay video is now available

The third trailer in the series is finally available for fans and depicts even more impressive action with the Dark Knight as he infiltrates the aforementioned chemical plant in order to stop one of his most impressive villains, Scarecrow, from manufacturing a serum that would cause chaos in Gotham City.

This time around, Batman uses not just the Batmobile to rip open a space in the building, but also his more conventional gadgets, like the Batclaw, not to mention his punches and kicks as he takes on different henchmen, including some pretty aggressive katana-wielding acrobats.

"In this third and final part, we’ll see Batman remote control the Batmobile to solve puzzles, and push his combat skills to the limit as he tackles a room full of armed mercenaries to save the Ace Chemicals’ workers. Plus you’ll get the first reveal of the showdown between the Batmobile and the Arkham Knight’s powerful attack helicopter," Warner Bros. confirms on the PS blog.

The PlayStation exclusive content is also depicted

Besides showcasing the impressive sequences mentioned above, the trailer also features at the end a few sequences from the Scarecrow Nightmare Pack, which is an exclusive add-on available only to those who get Batman: Arkham Knight on the PS4 platform.

As you can see, while the atmosphere is similar to the Scarecrow fragments seen in the very first Batman: Arkham Asylum, these ones are evolved and even see the Dark Knight use his Batmobile against the major villain.

Batman: Arkham Knight launches for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on June 2, 2015 all around the world. Expect to hear and see much more of the title before then.
