The latest eBook reader announced by Barnes & Noble is now ready to ship to customers who made pre-orders for the All-New NOOK.

It looks like the manufacturer wants to reward customers who pre-ordered its latest device by sending them the item ahead of schedule.

However, those who are ordering the eReader now will receive the All-New NOOK “in time for Father’s Day,” as the device will be in stock this weekend.

The All-New NOOK, introduced by Barnes & Noble last week, is one of the easiest to use and user-friendly eReader available.

The device features one of the best in range battery performance of up to 2 months on a single charge.

In addition to its ultra-light weight, the eReader is perfectly portable thanks to its small dimensions.

It comes with a 6-inch full touchscreen with one of the most advanced E Ink Pearl technology for crisp, clear reading even in bright sunlight.

As usual, the manufacturer provides NOOK customers with access to the world’s largest bookstore of more than 2 million books, magazines and newspapers.

The bookstore can be accessed via Wi-Fi networks, including fast and free access at all Barnes & Noble stores and more than 24,000 AT&T hotspots, like cafes, hotels and restaurants.

We’re excited with pre-order demand for the All-New NOOK to date and are very pleased to deliver this easy-to-use device to our customers earlier than committed,” said William Lynch, CEO of Barnes & Noble.

Barnes & Noble also plans to deploy the MY NOOK app in the near future, which will allow users to access everything NOOK online, from any computer: shopping, recommendations, user's library, NOOK Friends and more.

Potential customers can purchase the All-New NOOK for $139 at all Barnes & Noble stores and online.

We welcome customers to visit their neighborhood Barnes & Noble store to learn more about NOOK and experience our new light, portable, touch eReader,” concluded Lynch.
