14 DAY TRIAL // Indian hacktivist Yamraaj has breached and defaced the official websites of four Bangladesh government organizations.
The targets, all hosted on .gov.bd domains, are the sites of the NGO Affairs Bureau, managed by the Prime Minister’s Office; the Bangladesh Handloom Board (BHB); the Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation, and the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR), HackRead reports.
“Yamraaj was here. Love to all Indian hackers out there,” the hacker wrote on the defaced websites.
The defacement pages are also designed to display visitors’ IP address, country, operating system, browser, and Internet provider.
The attack on these websites took place on Wednesday and Thursday, but at the time of writing, the websites of the NGO Affairs Bureau, the Textile Mills Corporation and BHB still host the defacement pages.
