A ball boy for the Kansas City Royals has interfered with a play by Blue Jays outfielder Rajai Davis in Friday's game.

Watch above as the ball boy launches for the ball during the Kansas City - Toronto game, cutting off Davis.

He jumps in front of the player and the ball ends up in foul ground. The play took place in the bottom of the seventh inning of the game, Yard Barker notes.

According to Fan Sided, no interference was called as there was no actual contact with Davis. The umpires' decision has left some Toronto Blue Jays fans upset and arguing that, even as the ball boy didn't touch the player, an interference did occur.
