Follow us as we continue to cover the recently revealed drama between pop music industry heavyweights, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, both of whom have not admitted but still confirmed that they were feuding.

The reason these two were at each other's throats has been revealed by Taylor Swift who explained in her recent Rolling Stone interview that the unnamed enemy stole a few people from under her while she was on tour, leaving her in the unfortunate and unpleasant situation of finding replacements on the go.

The backup dancers confessed they went back to Katy Perry, had more fun with her

Starpulse claims to have spoken with some of those people under Taylor Swfit who migrated to Katy's camp. They are back-up dancers and they don't regret leaving Taylor high and dry in the middle of her arena tour.

One of the dancers, Lockhart Brownlie explained his decision to leave Taylor by claiming that he and Perry were good friends and that he couldn't turn her down, “I was with Taylor for the first six months (of 2013). It was a great experience and she's a great person to work with, but then Katy contacted us. We were with Katy for two-and-a-half (years), she's like family to us, so we were, like, 'Absolutely'.”

Another dancer, who calls himself Dominic, reveals a couple more things from back stage which don't paint a very pretty picture of Swift, “We weren't really dancing in Taylor's tour anyway so I had got a little bored and I really wanted to do a promo tour. The experiences were completely different.

“Taylor is very untouchable. When we did see her, we had so much fun with her, but she's a lot more protected than Katy. Katy's 28 now and can do her own thing. Her team are so lovely, so we have such a good connection. And this time around she is a lot more in control,” Dominic adds, hinting that Katy's tour is more fun than Taylor's.

Next step: Taylor blasts Katy Perry in her new song

Earlier today, it was reported that Katy and Taylor's feud actually began over their respective romances with John Mayer. When Katy was going out with John, Taylor had already been dumped by him. To punish him for his insolence, she wrote a straight-forward song called “Dear John” and in it she reproached some of the things he'd done wrong.

This made Katy very protective and she started talking behind Taylor's back. Things eventually got out of hand and the next thing you know, Katy is “stealing” people from Taylor's tour. Although, to hear them say it, it seems that those people had all worked with her previously, so she was simply getting them back.

Taylor has thrown down the gauntlet and she's currently bad-mouthing Katy in her most recent song “Bad Blood” off her new album “1989.”
