14 DAY TRIAL // Parents hate to admit this (even to themselves, that is), but the fact is that, for the most part, they are pretty much clueless about what their kids do to keep themselves entertained while in the womb.
We like to think that they mostly chill and do their best to grow big and healthy, but, as it turns out, they might also spend some time practicing gestures that they are sure to need when they finally come out to greet the world.
The ultrasound image accompanying this article made it online just a few days ago, and has since gone viral. Many of the people who have had the chance to see it agree that the baby featured in it is giving the thumbs up. Others say that it's a fake.
I am the first to admit that, even if it did give the thumbs up during the ultrasound scan, the baby definitely did not do so on purpose and because it was all too familiar with the significance of this gesture.
I will, however, point out the following: this is one seriously cool ultrasound image, so let's just enjoy it and not waste time trying to figure out whether or not the baby knew what it was doing. Or if it's real.
