14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Hudson and her impressive set of pipes wowed at last night’s BET Awards 2014, taking place live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. The singer performed a medley of two new songs and even brought her new video hunk up on stage with her, as the video below will confirm.
Said hunk would be David McIntosh, a former British Marine who achieved fame locally as a Gladiator and later as a model. He’s now engaged to glamour girl Kelly Brook and, apparently, he’s starting to break on the US market as well.
With a body like his, it’s no wonder he’s starting to be noticed. He appears in Jennifer’s official music video for “Walk It Out,” released a couple of years ago, and he just reprised his role during the live performance of the same song at the BET Awards.
Well, “role” might be too strong a word for what he did, because he just showed up and looked pretty (and took off his shirt to show off his bulging muscles), but you get the point.
Jennifer walked in on this song and then premiered a new one, called “It’s Your World.” Its sound is closer to what her fans have come to expect of her.
Speaking of expectations as regards her amazing voice, host Chris Rock introduced Jennifer by saying, “She was great looking, she's great looking now. Honestly, she’s always been great looking. And one thing she didn't lose at Weight Watchers was her voice.” Preach.
