Yesterday, a photo of actor David Carradine’s dead body, as he was found by police hanging on a bar in the closet of his hotel room, was published by a Thai tabloid. As the family continues to try and overcome the initial shock of having someone actually snap the dead body and then sell the picture to the media, RadarOnline reports that more is to come, as autopsy photos have also leaked.

According to the e-zine, the photo we were telling you about yesterday is not the only one that was taken after the actor’s body was discovered lifeless at the Bangkok hotel he was staying at. Aside from the photo that the tabloid already ran, there is a higher-res version of it currently making the rounds on the Internet. To add insult to injury, there is also another full set that seems to have been taken after the autopsy was performed on the body, Radar says, which could mean they’re extremely disturbing.

“Shocking and disturbing photos of David Carradine’s body post-autopsy have surfaced, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. The pictures show the actor nude and on a coroner’s metal table. His many tattoos are clearly visible. There are multiple frames and they are explicit.” Radar says in one of today’s posts. Apparently, the paparazzi agency has seen the photos in question and can confirm they’re the real deal. Radar does not know, however, who is the person responsible for taking them, although rumor would seem to indicate it was someone from the coroner’s team.

The first reaction of the family to the first leak was that of complete shock. Shortly after though, the members rallied up to issue a statement saying that legal action would be carried against any media outlet that would publish it, and that measures would be enforced to the full extent of the law. As of now, no major publication in the US or Europe has dared run the photo that initially appeared censored in the Thai tabloid, but it exists on the Internet, several publications are pointing out.

“The family wants it understood that, per attorney Mark Geragos, any persons, publications or media outlets will be fully prosecuted for invasion of privacy and causing severe emotional distress if the photos are published.” Keith, Carradine’s brother, said in a press statement released yesterday. It is believed police have already launched an investigation into the leak since it comes to bring prejudice to the case.
