14 DAY TRIAL // The Asus Transformer Prime availability saga just got another chapter as it now seems that some users who have pre-ordered the tablet from Amazon won’t get it until the end of January 2012.
Amazon’s estimate places the delivery of the tablet between January 25th and February 8th, 2012 according to an e-mail received by Wireless Goodness, which is more than a month after the first orders were supposed to be shipped out.
For now, it appears that this delay affects only users who have reserved the Prime in the last few days of pre-orders, but we aren’t entirely sure about that.
What we can say with certainty however is that Asus sure has missed a great opportunity for its Transformer Prime due to all these availability issues, which is kind of hard to believe for a company that is used to shipping millions of notebooks worldwide.
