The Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Season Pass has been leaked by a retailer and confirms that the future DLC for the upcoming game will feature a new playable character, in the form of Adewale, the first mate of main hero Edward Kenway.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will carry a distinct pirate theme, as it puts players in the boots of Edward Kenway, the grandfather of Assassin's Creed 3 hero Connor, who not only captained a ship around the Caribbean but also took the assassin brotherhood to new heights.

While the main story will follow Kenway, a listing for the game's Season Pass has just appeared on the website of retailer Best Buy.

The DLC bundle confirms that players will be able to explore the adventures of Kenway's first mate, Adewale, who's a new assassin that will take them even deeper into the events from the Golden Age of Pirates.

Add-ons for the game will also include multiplayer content and personalization items, according to the description, which you can find below.

"It is 1715. Pirates rule the Caribbean, terrorizing navies and humiliating empires. From sinking warships to conquering fortresses, Captain Edward Kenway stopped at nothing to earn his fortune and legend. "

"Yet, the adventures of his first mate, Adewale, have never been revealed. Until now. Pre-order Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Season Pass now for the chance to play as Adewale, a new assassin who will take you even deeper into the real explosive events of the Golden Age of Pirates."

"Product Features: • Save $20 - The Season Pass includes all of the DLC packs for just $19.99. That's a $20 savings off the regular price. • Eye-Opening Content - Get access to extra single-player missions, multiplayer content, and new ways to personalize your pirate experience."

As of yet, Ubisoft hasn't commented on the leak, but fans should expect some official details as we get closer to the launch of Assassin's Creed 4 in October for PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U, and in November for the PC and next-gen consoles (PS4, Xbox One).
