Asiana Airlines is suing the TV station that misspelled the names of their pilots, displaying racially offensive terms on their program.

As reported before, the names were provided by the National Transportation Safety Board, and reps have said that the list had been approved by an intern.

However, they are not facing any legal issues, the AP reports. KTVU-TV, the station where they were actually read out on Friday, is getting sued.

The station has put out a statement apologizing for the error and mentioning that KTVU is not to blame for having the wrong names.

“We sincerely regret the error and took immediate action to apologize, both in the newscast where the mistake occurred, as well as on our website and social media sites,” explained Tom Rapioni, VP and general manager of KTVU/KICU.
