14 DAY TRIAL // Ashton Kutcher is the highest paid actor in television right now but he’s also had a lot of luck with investments outside showbiz so, naturally, he’s planning for the worse, making sure he doesn’t lose any of that money in the eventuality of a divorce. That is, in the eventuality his rumored marriage with Mila Kunis doesn’t work out.
The National Enquirer claims to have it on good authority that the two are now planning their much anticipated wedding ceremony, but they’re fighting over the prenuptial contract, i.e. that piece of paper that would protect Ashton in case things go bad.
The two haven’t even announced they’re engaged yet (assuming they ever will), but insiders reveal for the tabloid that they’re determined to tie the knot. If only they could agree on the need for a prenup.
“Ashton wants to protect the massive fortune he’s earned, but Mila is resisting,” the insider says.
“She’s royally insulted because she stood patiently by his side throughout his fight with Demi. They’re both so bullheaded, and neither is budging. This money battle is threatening to wreck their romance,” adds the tipster.
Admittedly, Mila thought things would go very smoothly now that his divorce from Demi Moore was finally finalized, and she’s shocked to see him so stubborn about the prenup.
“Mila was so relieved when Ashton finally resolved things with Demi, then days later he tells her he’ll only marry her if she agrees to sign a prenup. But Mila is very traditional and feels that a prenup is a bad omen,” adds the insider.
To add more fuel to the fire, it seems that there was some truth to the rumors that Mila is expecting the couple’s first child, as she’s been photographed looking “bumpy” even though she was wearing an oversized t-shirt.
If she’s really pregnant, she could be pressuring Ashton to get married as quickly as possible, before the baby is born, voices online are saying.
