14 DAY TRIAL // Less than two days after Arnold Schwarzenegger came out with a statement saying he had cheated on his wife and had fathered a child with a former housekeeper of the family, both the lover and the love child – a son – have been found.
Admitting to the affair and telling wife Maria Shriver the truth about the son from another woman, prompted her to act on the decision to be separated from him and move out of the house.
The other woman, a housekeeper who had worked for Arnold and the family for 20 years, retired earlier this year, presumably before the scandal broke, TMZ reports.
It also has all the details on how Arnold found out about the child and what happened after he told his wife of the affair.
“The mother – Mildred Patricia Baena (she goes by Patty) – was a housekeeper/assistant for the family for more than 20 years. Her jobs included cleaning, laundry, cooking and other chores,” the e-zine says.
Patty told friends how she began to “pursue Arnold” in the late ‘90s. He eventually gave in and they would often have unprotected relations at the house.
According to TMZ, because Patty never slept at the house, she and Arnold were never caught on their many escapades. She didn’t immediately tell him of the child she was carrying – his.
“Arnold didn't learn he was the daddy until the boy was a toddler. Patty – who made $1,200 a week – was treated well by Arnold once he found out. Sources say Arnold was always ‘generous’,” TMZ reports.
“Patty – who has recently retired – now lives in a 4 bedroom house with a pool, several hours outside of L.A. with the boy and her 3 other kids,” the e-zine adds.
TMZ also got at least two photos of Arnold’s son with Patty. Though it would not show the child’s face (who is now 10 or 11 years old), TMZ does say this: “each picture shows striking similarities, especially the mouth and teeth.”
