The Czech developer is not only hosting a free weekend for the open-world tactical first-person shooter but also slashing the prices of many of its other games.
Arma 3 is fully playable for free during the promotional period, with the only restrictions being access to the second and third campaign episodes. The shooter is also offered at 50 percent off, so if you find yourself immersed in its world, you can unlock the missing episodes for cheap.
The game is considered to be one of the most in-depth and exciting military conflict simulations available, making Call of Duty and Battlefield feel like children's games.
Forget holding your breath for a brief moment (preferably after you exhale) when shooting a sniper rifle, as you can move your head or torso independently from the rest of your body, in order to better peek from cover without revealing your position.
The game is not available on the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 simply because the developer says it can't be done on the same level as the PC version.

In addition to this, some of the developer / publisher's other titles are on sale, and among them is the hugely popular open-world zombie survival video game that started life as an Arma 2 mod, DayZ, which is offered at 15 percent off.
The game is still in Early Access, missing a ton of features and being bug-ridden, but that didn't stop over 3 million gamers from purchasing it and having fun in its no-rules world, where the real monsters aren't the shambling undead man-eaters, but the other so-called civilized folks.
Alpha Prime, Alternativa, Arma 2 (and loads of DLC), Arma Tactics, Memento Mori and its sequel, Carrier Command: Gaea Mission, UFO: Afterlight, Take on Mars and Take on Helicopters are among the other titles featured.
Most of the older titles have their prices cut by as much as 80 percent, so it might be the best chance to get some of the titles you were on the fence about.
