Rise Of Lost Empires - this is the name of a very promising strategy game for mobile devices recently brought into the light (or into the darkness, if you like) by Gameloft, the worldwide known game developer from France.

Rise Of Lost Empires is a strategy game in the full meaning of the word, giving you the opportunity to lead gigantic armies towards victory, build flourishing cities and manage resources like a true king. Or queen.

The story says it's been centuries since the gate of Hell collapsed and the Empire of Darkness was vanquished by Light's armies. But evil's forces were not silenced forever, as now Hell's gate is built again and hordes of bloodthirsty Orcs are ready to fight with anyone who might stand in their way. The Empire of Light cannot tolerate this and has called on arms its brave men, elves and dwarves. The war is imminent, all you can do is chose which side you are on.

As you probably already guessed, the game has two campaigns - one lets you lead the humans, dwarves and elves and the other one will make you emperor among Orcs. Each of the campaign has more than 20 missions that will test your skills and lead you to an end that can be either glorious victory or agonizing death on the battlefield. Choose between Dark and Light and you'll get to control more than 20 units and build more than 20 unique buildings. Heroes with unnatural powers will help you lead the armies, scout the land and explore dungeons.

A more than welcomed feature of Rise Of Lost Empires, considering the fact that it's a mobile game, is the presence of digitized voices: characters actually talk. The game is already available for sale, so check if your have a compatible phone and sincerely ask yourself: am I or am I not an Orc?
