No worries, no story, no campaign, no gameplay. Just silence and grazing. And funky hats

The creators of Tropico have joined the rebellion against the human race trend and the silly April Fools announcement trend with their spin-off title Llama Simulator, allowing players to take control of the exotic South-American camelids.

Tropico players have built them ranches, nurtured and nourished them for hours without end, but so far nobody ever allowed them to take control of the four-legged gentle beasts.

Until now, that is. Llama Simulator is the brilliant spin-off of the universally acclaimed Tropico series, letting gamers play as Llamas on the island paradise for the very first time.

Players will be able to customize their in-game appearance, selecting the fur color and size, as well as the length of their tongue, and will be able to further make their own avatar stand out from the rest of the herd by equipping it with various fashionable accessories such as ridiculous hats, false beards and even goat leather jackets.

The game will come in stunning full 1080p HD graphics and will run at a smooth 60 frames per second, allowing anyone to see just how gorgeous llama fur can look.

Players will be able to experience no story or campaign whatsoever, being finally able to understand what it means to be a proper Llama, living big on the island paradise of Tropico.

The game's main features are being able to assume the viewpoint of either the chaser or the llama itself, with no obligations whatsoever. Llama Simulator will come with "zero thrilling missions" and no absorbing campaign to coerce your decisions, letting you do what you want when you want to do it.

Another strong point of Llama Simulator is the fact that it allows users to enjoy the beauty of silence, with absolutely no backstory, no cutscenes and no professional narration, while playing as Hector, el Presidente's favorite Llama, and being able to customize its appearance with countless flamboyant accessories.

Sure, Tropico 5 will allow its players to create veritable dynasties, ranging from the colonial era up to the near future, but why go through all that trouble when you can just enjoy the simpler side of life, mindlessly grazing on the pastures of the tropical island?

Tropico, Kalypso Media's other, mostly uninteresting by comparison title, Tropico 5, will allow players to conquer the world (at least by fame) as El Presidente sometime this summer, on the PC, Mac, Linux, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4 platforms.
