The AppStore editors are ramping up their promotions with a twist. This new selection doesn't just promote great apps, but it sells all of them for a time-limited discounted prices.

There are no categories in this selection, but you can see the apps are mostly Productivity ones and there some that would make a great utility or a business app.

First one up is Clear. The app had, when launched, the most innovative interface for a list making app. Two million users later, Clear is still a revolutionary way to deal with your ToDos and reminders in order to stay productive. The app uses simple gestures to create, expand, hide and mark as done the tasks you have. Get it now for just $1.99 (€1.49).

Launch Center Pro is the Productivity app Apple forgot to include in the iPhone operating system. Let's put it this way: what do you have to do take a photo and post in on Instagram? Tap on the app icon, wait for the interface to load, jump to the camera, take your picture and post it.

Did you know you can do that just by taping one button in Launch Center Pro? This app helps you launch actions, not apps. Basically, you can set shortcuts to call someone, take a photo and send it to a predefined group, email a Dropbox file, quickly search Wikipedia, create a new item in OmniFocus or search Twitter using Tweetbot.

iTranslate Voice does not need any introduction. The app uses voice recognition and an online based engine to translate whatever you are saying into 41 languages. With iOS 7 you can use the Offline Text-to-Speech functionality. You can also transform characters from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Greek, Hindi, Russian and Thai to romanized characters so you can read them.

If you are a writer you know how much you need a good app to do your job on the go. Writer Pro is the evolved text editor that has all the features to help you write faster and better. Syntax Control highlights superfluous adjectives and adverbs, finds weak verbs and will spot repetitive nouns or eliminate false conjunctions. For just $4.99 (€3.73) you get full text search, Auto-Markdown formatting, night mode, and keyboard extensions with arrows and punctuation keys.

Check out all the apps in this selection and pay special attention to Due, Gneo, Scanbot, Fantastical 2 and PCalc.
