Apple has posted a new television commercial that promotes the iPad 2 in the same manner as those before it, highlighting the various uses of the post-PC device targeting all kinds of audiences.

The third iPad 2 ad released by Apple so far, “We’ll Always,” addresses all kinds of viewers, from young to old, male or female, office workers, people who love attending to their homes, etc.

The iPad is there to assist all, whether you want to read a book, attend a meeting through video conferencing, cook a meal using one of the multiple cooking apps that contain recipes and valuable advice from chefs, read a book, or learn how to read.

“We'll never stop sharing our memories,” says the voiceover in Apple’s latest iPad advert. “Or getting lost in a good book. We'll always cook dinner and cheer for our favorite team. We'll still go to meetings, make home movies, and learn new things. But how we do all this will never be the same.”

All iPad 2 videos and commercials released by Apple so far are available below (on Apple's website). The “We’ll Always” ad is embedded at the bottom of the article as well, for quick watching.

A reference to OS X Lion is made in the ad with the kid at the end of the commercial writing ‘lion’ on the tablet’s multi-touch screen using a kids’ application specifically designed to teach children how to spell out words.

OS X Lion, the eighth major release of Apple’s desktop operating system, was released last week through the Mac App Store where customers can download the software for $29.99 and have it installed over Snow Leopard.
