An iPhone 5 design from the folks at HandyFlash is all you need to get a glimpse of what Apple plans to do with the iPhone, the authors of this breathtaking concept believe.

Surely, Apple will not be able to provide the functionality of current-generation iPhones in such a slim enclosure, although it's nice to dream of the possibilities, the German shopping site suggests.

“Three plus four is five. Here is what the bill are at least in the case of the iPhone 5, the next generation of smartphones from Cupertino,” goes a rough Google translation of their post.

“As the story goes, Apple has the reviews of the current model taken seriously and working on the successor model to be in full swing,” the German site notes, referring to rumors of a spring release of Apple’s iPhone 5.

“Many iPhone fans hope that the iPhone will connect five of the benefits of his two immediate predecessors: the excellent performance of the iPhone 3G and the unusual design of the iPhone 4th,” it adds.

The iPhone 5 by HandyFlash is not plagued by antennagate issues, it will be five times flatter than its predecessor, the thin metal frame will offer no room for physical controls, while Multi-Touch will be taken to a whole new level, given the limited real estate for physical buttons.

“For example, the entire left side of a line will touch the volume control,” the German site projects. “To increase the volume you move your finger from bottom to top, to reduce the volume from top to bottom,” according to their concept.

Apple would allow customers to set the sensitivity needed to control the route, the text reads.

The device would be capable of 4G networking of up to 100 Mbit / s. For these data rates to be possible, “Apple would have to strongly turn on the processor performance,” HandyFlash notes.

Finally, the display would benefit from a number of improvements, while the built-in camera would boast 10.2 megapixel resolution.
