Those wondering why is Apple so rigid when it comes to jailbreaking the iOS may finally have their question answered, thanks to a very Twitter-active Phil Schiller, an Apple executive.

As some of you may know, Philip W. Schiller is the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing at Apple.

The Apple exec has been an active Twitter user for over two years now, but only recently did he become so vocal that people started to really notice the guy.

And he’s not just chit chatting either. Schiller has recently found himself showered with questions related to iOS issues, for which he tried his best to offer some solutions.

However, one tweet in particular has caught our eye.

Users addressed Phil saying they were having a buggy experience with iOS 4.2, the latest software update to Apple’s mobile operating system.

“Anybody finding iOS 4.2 a little buggy on their iPhone?”, one Twitter user said. Another chimed in to say “its [sic] crashing apps that have never had issues. Please fix iOS thanks.”

Schiller replied to the duo, saying: “was your device jailbroken? That is the #1 cause of iOS crashes.”

He answered all kinds of different questions as well, and even offered his email address for those in need of more assistance.

According to TechCrunch, other things revealed by Schiller via Twitter include:

- His current go-to iPhone game is Rage HD - The @appleincnews account on Twitter that some people thought was an official account is not an official account - @iTunes is the account to follow for Apple news - His favorite iPhone apps include Maps, iTunes, MLB, Best Camera, Reeder, Flight Update, Rage, SoundHound, Navigon, NHL, and yes, Twitter - He loves his iPhone 4, iPad, and Mac equally - He hasn’t tried Reeder for Mac yet, but he has heard good things

Schiller is also a fan of the NHL, Aston Martin, watches, and Boston.
