Beats are now part of the Apple family and the online Store had to do a better job promoting the overly expensive headset. Interesting enough, the new page is not under the Apple accessories page, but rather on a different tab called "Beats by Dr. Dre" and it even has its own url.

The page has five sub-sections talking about "Beats by Dr. Dre," "Hear what you want," "Feel the music," "Take your music anywhere," and "Discover sound accessories,"

Apple explains how great sound should not be an afterthought. They believe the Beats products are a unique blend of science and artistry that lets you hear the music the way the artist intended. When it comes to over-ear headphones, the Beats ones are characterized as products that will ensure the comfort, enhanced clarity and even more powerful sound. Therefore, you are able to listen to the music the artist intended to, just like he would be there in person singing that song for you.

It is interesting to notice that there are no prices listed on this page. Just big pictures and links to different categories of products in the Apple online store. When you click the link to go check out the models, you are taken to a page where you can only see Beats branded over the ear headphones because there are some filters selected: Top Sellers, On Ear, Over Ear and Beats. Prices for these range between $169 (€126.31) and $399 (€298.22).

The in-ear headphones are described as premium sound for your gym or street time. Prices here start at $99.95 (€74.70) for urBeats In-Ear Headphones and go up to $199.95 (€149.45) for Beats by Dr. Dre Powerbeats2 Wireless Headphones.

Taking your music anywhere means using the Beats portable Bluetooth speakers. Apple says you can sync two Pill XLs for twice the sound, and you can pair these with iOS devices. There are only three speakers available, with prices from $199.95 (€149.45) to $399 (€298.22).

And last, you are invited to discover sound accessories for your... accessories. Beats has sleeves, cables, adapters and the famous Beats Pill Dude. You will pay anywhere from $19.95 (€14.91) for a "Beats Audio Cable," which is basically just a 3/4-inch audio jack to 3/4-inch jack. The beats Pill Sleeve is $34.95 (€26.12) and the Beats Pill Dude, a rubbery plastic toy that fits the Beats Pill in his mouth will get an extra $49.95 (€37.33) out of your wallet should you decide to buy it.
