And there should be more where these came from...

With the transition to Intel, Apple has started focusing more on Macs, and has begun advertising them like never before. The results of this could be seen in the numbers at the end of Apple's last fiscal quarter, but as good as they were, it looks like Apple intends to make them a lot better.

Apple is continuing its famous marketing "Get a Mac" campaign and has just debuted three new ads. The first ad, named "Trust Mac" shows the PC trying to disguise himself from spyware and other nastiness that is floating around the Internet. As usual, genuinely concerned about the safety of his fellow computer, he offers a disguise to the Mac, who declines and explains that Macs are not under attack by spyware. The second ad is called "Accident" and shows the PC after having suffered an unfortunate accident involving the power supply cord that the user tripped on sending him crashing down to the ground. The Mac explains about the MagSafe connector that attaches magnetically to Mac portables so that if this were to ever happen to a Mac, it would simply pop out and not harm the portable.

The third ad "Angel/Devil" shows the PC experiencing mixed emotions when shown a photo book created by Mac, and is reminiscent of the mixed feelings that PC users have towards Macs and the work that is done on them.

These three ads are the latest from a batch of twenty that Justin Long, who plays the Mac, told The Los Angeles Times were 'in the can.' We can expect more and more ads to come out, especially with the Christmas shopping season approaching.
