Apple to disclose fourth quarter earnings as new iMacs are rumored to launch

Apple has issued a press release confirming that its FY 09 Fourth Quarter Results Conference Call will take place on Monday, October 19, 2009, 2:00 p.m. PDT/5:00 p.m. EDT. The conference call will be available as a continuous rebroadcast beginning Monday, October 19 at 5:00 p.m. PDT/8:00 p.m. EDT through Monday, November 2 at 5:00 p.m. PST/8:00 p.m. EST. The company is expected to ship new Macintosh computers following the conference call.

Those looking forward to listening to the conference call will need to be prepared ahead of time by installing QuickTime, Apple’s in-house-developed multimedia framework, capable of handling various formats of digital video, media clips, sound, text, animation, music, and interactive, panoramic images.
