Losing weight or getting in better shape is all a matter of wanting it. There’s no such thing as “I can’t,” there’s only “I won’t,” actress Mila Kunis says in an interview with the British version of Glamour magazine.

She, for one, certainly knows that it’s possible.

As fans know, for her part in “Black Swan,” Mila lost a lot of weight (off her already tiny frame) in a manner she once described as very grueling and painful.

Her own example has helped her realize that there’s no such thing as “I can’t lose weight no matter what I do.” People who say these things are not really trying to change something about their life, the actress believes.

“I don’t think I ever fully realized what a human body is capable of doing. But I think I was also, in a beautiful way, incredibly naïve. I believed I could do anything,” Mila tells Glamour (quotes via the Daily Mail).

“I never for one moment thought that I couldn’t do it. I believe in hard work. In self-drive and self-worth,” she says.

Believing that she could do it made it possible for her to go against her nature and actually lose weight for the part – she plays a ballerina in the film, as fans must surely know.

“I ’m a huge foodie, I love food. But when people say, ‘I can’t lose weight’, no no no, you can. Your body can do everything and anything, you just have to want to do it,” Mila says.

While she believes she can do anything, she’s still having some trouble believing that so many people find her absolutely stunning and irresistible.

Named more than on one occasion among the most beautiful women in showbiz, Kunis is flattered by the compliment – but she doesn’t really understand where it’s coming from.

“It’s insane. Listen, I couldn’t be happier to get any of this, because I think it’s hysterical and it makes all my friends laugh. If somebody finds me attractive, God bless them, I think it’s fantastic,” she says.

Mila is now promoting her latest film, the romantic comedy “Friends with Benefits,” also starring Justin Timberlake.
