He also tells the whole world that the man's name is Anton.

Anton appears in the background of what looks like a TV interview. He comes out of nowhere on the right part of the screen, and he slams into the glass. After that, the door opens right next to him, as if to taunt him.
You can say that this is videobombing at its best. This clip was probably shot on a college campus, but no further context has been made available.
