The 911 call made by a woman who stopped a school shooting in Georgia is terrifying, but she displays outstanding calm and a clear head.

It appears as though 20-year-old gunman Michael Brandon Hill has never been after opening fire and killing students. He wanted to commit suicide and planned to get shot by police officers.

“Okay. He doesn’t want the kids. He wants the police. So back off and – and what else, sir? He say he don’t care if he die. He don’t have nothing to live for,” Antoinette Huff tells the operator, conveying what the shooter is saying.

She hears him talking about killing himself and she talks him out of it, according to the Inquisitr. She describes her own attempted suicide in 2012, following her separation from her husband of 33 years.
