She might be the fantasy to most of the men on the planet, but there's one place you would never catch Angelina Jolie, and that's in the kitchen. The stunning actress was never a fan of slaving over a hot stove, but now it's reported that she's taking cooking lessons in an attempt to feed her children properly.

Us Magazine claims that Jolie is taking private lessons from her personal chef in what has been described as a crash course in the culinary arts. The event took place while she was in Australia, where she was filming for her latest directorial effort, “Unbroken.”

The 38-year-old actress has never been known for her prowess around the kitchen, as she previously admitted in interviews that her son Pax, 10, surpassed her cooking skills by far. But at the moment, she's busy picking up healthy tips and culinary tricks from the professional chef she's employed.

The news comes from an insider who says that Jolie is undertaking this project in order to help her feed her kids better, since they've been described as “the worst eaters.” The insider claims that feeding six children with completely different preferences is no easy task, as the Jolie-Pitt kids “want to eat different things at different times.”

As was expected, Jolie is now very proud of her new skill, as she's decided that it was time to take back control over her children's diets. This could very well prove beneficial for everyone, since home-cooked meals are healthier than processed foods, especially for growing children.

But don't be fooled into thinking that this is one of the most difficult tasks the beautiful Jolie has undertaken. In a recent interview, she complained that one of the most difficult things she had ever done was to pitch her new movie, “Unbroken,” to producers.

The film tells the real story of Olympic runner Louis Zamperini and his misadventures as he becomes a soldier during WWII. The movie was recently presented to the world in the form of a documentary-style trailer, which managed to bring even more attention to the Sochi Olympics that were in full swing at the time.

With filming complete, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been reunited and they have been seen landing back in the United States with their six children. This means that Angelina will now have plenty of time to try out and perfect her new culinary skills.
