Despite being cheap, Chinese tablets don’t have the best reputations around, as their makers usually skimp on quality hardware, but this doesn’t seem to be the case with the just spotted Smart Devices Ten3 slate.

While it doesn’t look all that surprising at first glance this 9.7-incher, with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels and IPS panel, is based on a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 SoC paired together with 1GB of RAM.

Front and rear cameras as well as Bluetooth connectivity are also thrown in there, together with the 4.0 versions, aka Ice Cream Sandwich, of the Android operating system, according to Liliputing.

However impressive all these may sound, the best part about the Ten3 is its price as the tablet will be sold for just $268 (208 EUR), which definitely makes it one of the cheapest ICS slates around.
