Shortly after Amy Winehouse’s death, word got out that she had left behind material for at least one studio album – three at the most. A family member has confirmed the news for the Daily Mail, while also saying that the album will be all about Blake.

Amy’s two albums, “Frank” and “Back to Black,” turned out to be smashing hits and part of their appeal was the fact that they were heavily inspired from her life, they were incredibly personal.

The third album with her name on it will be no exception, says the family friend. It will document Amy’s breakup from the man of whom she used to say she couldn’t live without, Blake Fielder-Civil.

“Amy Winehouse’s posthumous third album will give a blow-by-blow account of the tumultuous years that followed, telling of the marriage and divorce from drug addict Blake Fielder-Civil,” the Mail writes.

“It maps her decline into alcohol and drug addiction that contributed to her death last Saturday,” the tab says.

This would seem to confirm reports of a couple of years ago, which claimed that Amy’s label had turned her away and sent her back into the studio when she came to them with material for the third album that was so “harrowing” and deeply personal they feared it wouldn’t sell even with her most diehard fans.

The family spokesperson is now saying that Amy made sure she documented her split from Blake for her music.

“Amy always had a notebook on her and would write down lyrics and ideas. People who have heard the new songs say that they are very, very good and that they are as autobiographical as ever,” says the source.

“The period after 2006 was when Amy went through the most emotional upheaval, with Blake going to prison and then their divorce,” adds the spokesperson.

According to the same source, most of the tracks are demos, but the record label is convinced they can come up with a full album from it – presumably by asking some of Amy’s friends and collaborators to lend a helping hand.
