14 DAY TRIAL // Amazon has developed a really aggressive strategy when it comes to promoting its latest Kindle Fire HDX models. First, it offered the devices for a free 30-day trial, then it announced it also matched the devices with an installment plan in four steps.
Amazon has regularly unveiled price cuts on the models and with a few days to go until Christmas, the tech giant has announced it was chopping off $30 / €22 from any Kindle Fire HDX device (7-inch and 8.9-inch).
The offer is limited to one device per customer and only applies to shoppers located in the US. To take advantage of the discount, buyers will have to type the SANTAHDX promotional code at checkout.
For example, this means the all-new Kindle Fire HDX 8.9-inch with 16GB will be eligible for purchase at the $349 / €255 as opposed to the original $379 / €277, while the 7-inch model with 16GB will sell for $199 / €145, as opposed to $229 / €219.
On top of that, some select Kindle models are eligible to receive free one-day shipping, so if you order now it will arrive on Christmas day. I have no idea how long the promotion is going to last (Amazon says it's a limited time offer) so don’t waste any time.
