Usually, you would be able to purchase the Kindle Fire HD 8.9-inch 16GB tablet for Rs 17,999 / $290 / €214, but for the next couple of days you can to grab one for the price of Rs 15,000 / $242 / €178.
As a memory refresh, the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 tablet features an 8.9-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and draws power from a 1.5GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4470 processor combined with 1GB of RAM.
The tablet is also equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a frontal camera and runs Amazon’s own customized version of Android 4.0.3, Fire OS (which has an update ready and waiting for you).
