14 DAY TRIAL // Developer King has just announced its first word-based game in the Saga series, AlphaBetty Saga. The new game is now available for free on Android, iOS and Facebook platforms.
This time Saga fans will be taking a trip into the world of words, accompanied by an adventurous band of mice.
In AlphaBetty Saga you play the role of Betty, a young mouse living in the 1930s, as she follows her grandfather, Professor Alpha, and his loyal assistant, Barney, to discover lost words to complete the “Encyclopedia of Everything.”
Players will be called out by Professor Alpha to help him complete the legendary book. According to developers, the AlphaBetty Saga uses non-linear gameplay in order to improve creative word play and strategic opportunities for gamers.
Basically, you will have to connect adjacent letters to create words, score points and ultimately advance through a world very much like our own except for one small detail, it’s inhabited by mice and much of it is made of cheese.

The game comes with 5 different modes, so players can choose the one that fits their gameplay style best: Scoring, Cheese Falls, Bubble Pop, Word Frenzy and Cheddar Spreader.
There are no less than 140 levels spread among three chapters: London, Egypt and New York. Also, players will be have to collect Artefacts that hold unique abilities which can help them overcome the more difficult levels.
You can now download AlphaBetty Saga for Android for free via Google Play Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 2.3 and up.
For iOS users, the game is now available for download via App Store. It should work on all devices running iOS 5.1.1 or later.
