There seems to be a healthy flow of all-in-one personal computers coming to market lately, with Micro-Star International having now been revealed to have put together its latest such machine.

The thing with all-in-one PCs is that they usually cost more than a regular desktop with similar specs would, but they take up much less space.

In fact, their price is the only major disadvantage, something that Intel decided to try and fix when it revealed it had begun working on a standardized platform.

Meanwhile, PC industry players have been going about their business as usual, with both Intel-powered and AMD-based AIOs, some of them barebones, coming out.

Now, it is Micro-Star International that prepared a new model, going by the name of Wind Top AE2070.

It is powered by the Core i3-2100 central processing unit or the Intel Pentium G620, while the rest of the components are chosen in such a way as to complement it without being overkill.

Granted, those so inclined could, if they chose, put as much as 8 GB of RAM into the system, but that big capacity could be justified by also selecting a nice discrete graphics solution (NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M) to supplement the integrated Intel HD 2000.

Meanwhile, a hard disk drive provides 500 GB of internal storage, while a DVD drive handles the optical side of things.

Needless to say, like on pretty much every other current-generation PC out there, connectivity and I/O did not go by ignored.

Gigabit Ethernet is available, along with a pair of USB 3.0 ports and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, plus a 0.3 megapixel webcam, a 6-in-1 card reader, a pair of 3W speakers (SRS Premium Sound) and a 6-in-1 card reader

Finally, the Wind Touch 4 proprietary user interface is employed, while an HDMI port lets one stream content to other displays. No price was mentioned.
