Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures is currently a pretty popular MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) largely due to the fact that it brings to life such a great universe like that of Conan. The game won over quite a lot of experienced users from other online titles because it offered such an innovative experience.

Although it has been already launched worldwide in May this year, Asian fans have been left wondering whether they would ever get to see a localized version created especially for some countries in that region. But now it seems that Funcom, the developer of the game, will be teaming up with the Korean publisher Neowiz Games to bring a custom version of Age of Conan to the Asian country.

The game will feature all of the updates and content that were added to the worldwide versions of the title, but hasn't received a concrete release date yet, as the developers are still working closely with the Neowiz team in order to create a custom online experience for Korea, which has a very developed MMORPG market.

"Bringing ‘Age of Conan’ to Korea is something we have wanted to do for a long time now," says Funcom CEO Trond Arne Aas. "This is a very exciting and highly dynamic market, and we know that Korean gamers are amongst the most active online gamers in the world. With their solid legacy in online gaming, Neowiz Games is one of the most successful and knowledgeable companies in the market and we are very pleased to be working with them."

This is definitely good news for Korean fans of the game, who will definitely be more interested in this title, as it will be in their own native language. A pretty good move on Funcom's part, as Korean gamers definitely have a taste for online games and are sure to give Age of Conan a try.
