Online gift shop with mini-sized police items

It seems a bit far-fetched but it's true. In an attempt to boost funds for community crime prevention initiatives across the country, the Kent Police have set up an online gift shop offering baby clothing, toys and gifts - all with a police theme.

Among the items being sold are a couple of baby-grows that have the "I've been inside for 9 months" and "Out at last" slogans printed on them and are available at 13 pounds each. Simon Redman, director of support services for the Kent PD said that "The Kent Police online gift shop is an exciting new venture for Kent Police. The online shop is a positive and innovative way to meet demand for new police-themed products and hopefully raise money to put back into community projects."

It's interesting that the Police should go ahead and vote this project to go through, seeing as it isn't really the most popular social service. I anxiously await the same initiative to go through the board of the Fireman Department and the slogans it would print on the baby-grows. I'm thinking about something that would have a connection with the word "hose" but it's not really appropriate for me to jot it down, I can only let you imagine and hint that it is connected to those the Police came up with.

And while they're at it they should really consider going for the full Village People cast, I mean it would surely boost the income a lot and the streets would be full of little Indians, Firemen, Construction workers and Bikers running around. Would that be fair to your child? By the time he's 30 and he'll have seen those pictures like a billion times he'll be able to look you straight in the eyes and ask you "Did you no love me? Why dress me up like this?"
