Adrienne dated Rob Kardashian years ago, appeared on the family reality show

No feud or dispute is more scandalous than a celebrity feud, particularly because they can’t seem to resist the urge to air their dirty laundry on social media. The Kim Kardashian, Adrienne Bailon spat is a prime example of that.

The latest issue of Latina magazine has Adrienne on the cover, but also features a lengthy interview with her on a variety of topics, including her failed romance with Rob Kardashian, Kim’s brother, and whether she has any regrets for appearing on the Kardashian reality show back in the day.

As the song goes, regrets, she has a few. Adrienne told the mag that “to be stuck with the Kardashian label [was] hurtful to me and to my career,” adding that, if she had the chance to do it all again, she would probably not appear on the reality show at all.

Kim’s response was immediate and just as public: “Funny how she says being with a Kardashian hurt her career yet the only reason she has this article is bc she is talking about a Kardashian. So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down.”

With that, the feud was officially on.

Khloe Kardashian and even Rob joined in the dispute, both tweeting “FDB” at the same time. If you’re not well versed in Twitter-speak, that stands for “[F-word] Dat [B-word]” and there’s really no clearer way we could put it right now. In other words, they don’t give a dime on Adrienne and her claims, which also included one saying Rob had cheated on her with countless women.

The former Disney star isn’t about to give up the fight just yet, though. She’s back on Instagram, with a response to Kim that’s worthy of being framed and hung up on the wall. It’s the perfect amount of shade and mean, but unlike Khloe and Rob’s tweet, it’s not injurious or offensive, even if it does bring up Kim’s adult leaked tape, the one that put her on the map.

“Fame and a Career are two different things. I've always had a career. I have been working hard since I was 15 years old. Being someone's ‘girlfriend’ was never what I wanted to be famous for,” Adrienne says.

“What makes you ‘famous’ isn't always what you want to be ‘labeled’ as, or known for. If anyone should understand that... It should be you,” she continues. She adds that, while she has come to regret being on the show, she doesn’t regret falling in love and dating Rob. With or without the reality show, she would have still been with him, even if things didn’t work out.

Kim Kardashian, the ball is in your court now.
