Software giant Adobe has just announced the availability of new applications for mobile phones, including Adobe Photoshop Express Editor, Photoshop Express Organizer, and Photoshop Express Uploader.

Although the names might sound new, the applications are not, since all that Adobe did was to re-brand Photoshop.com, a suite of integrated online apps for handset owners, offering them the possibility to edit, organize, sync, and share photos.

“These renamed and redesigned apps are faster and more intuitive to use for uploading and organizing photos for easy access anywhere, applying quick fixes and fun effects, and sharing albums and slideshows online with family, friends, and colleagues,” Adobe announced.

According to the company, the newly branded online Photoshop Express tools are only one part of the enhancements that Photoshop.com has recently received.

Photoshop.com also comes with updated site navigation, offering easier access to tutorials, product information, or personal information, such as libraries, galleries, friends, and account information.

Moreover, Adobe says that the site now offers users the possibility to share more content with their friends via Twitter and Facebook.

“Well, try visiting the site now and you might be surprised to find it has magically morphed into something new. And it’s constantly evolving,” the company noted in a recent blog post.

Another novelty from Adobe is the launch of the free Photoshop Express 1.3 for devices running under Google's Android OS, which packs more features than the previous solution did.

“This new version now lets users play back videos from their Photoshop.com online library, even in slideshow mode, and share videos in email. The Facebook Photo Upload feature also includes several performance improvements,” the company announced.

Users interested in trying out the Adobe Photoshop Express Editor, Organizer, and Uploader apps can do so on Photoshop.com in English, German, and Japanese.

As for Adobe Photoshop Express 1.3 for Android devices, it has been made available for download via the Android Market.
