Singer opens up for first interview since having surgery

With the Grammys 2012 around the corner and Adele's highly anticipated comeback performance the highlight of the evening, she's literally the woman of the hour. So, here's a treat for you.

Adele sat down with Anderson Cooper for her first interview since getting surgery on her vocal chords.

The 60 Minutes piece will air on CBS on Sunday, but below is a teaser for it. Enjoy.

As fans must know, the singer had a recurring hemorrhage on her vocal chords and she had to have it fixed with laser surgery.

For almost two months, not only was she not allowed to sing, but she was also barred from talking and, we learn, swearing.
