We've heard “Better Than I Know Myself,” Adam Lambert's leading single off the “Trespassing” album and, yes, we all loved it. On Good Morning America the other day, Adam performed live his second single.

It's called “Never Close Our Eyes” and it's meant to drum up interest in the album, which drops in music stores today.

While on the show (check out both the videos included with this blog post), Adam also went into the specifics of his decision to push back the release date of the album, even though fans were dying to hear it asap.

Since he co-wrote and produced many of the tracks included on “Trespassing” and because he wanted to put out something he would really be proud of, he felt it was ok to push back the date until the album came out exactly like he wanted it.

Suffice it to say, it's not just Adam that's happy with the album: most reviewers agree that it's this year's best pop release. We do too, undoubtedly.
