Since this is the middle of the third quarter of 2012, companies are publishing the financial findings for the second one.

Acer is the one taking its turn right now, and the tidings it brings are quite favorable.

During June, Revenues climbed up to $1.33 billion / 1.08 billion Euro, 23.81% better than in May and 24.46% higher than in June 2011.

Meanwhile, the whole second quarter returned revenues of $3.24 billion / 2.64 billion Euro, 0.65% higher on-quarter.

The company probably managed the feat through its adjustments to product mix in North America, where average selling prices have been on the rise.

As for Europe, Acer will only sell high-end devices there, leaving the mid to low-end segment ($620/400 Euro) to its subsidiary Packard Bell.
