It looks like the quad-core Tegra 3-based slate will leave us hanging a while longer

We have written about Acer adding the Iconia Tab A510 to its product page and, now, we have some less than great news to impart.

As the Acer US store has slapped the tablet with an “out of stock” notice, another source says the item has been delayed. Again.

Stopping by Future Shop will show that the estimated release date is April 30.

The price, at least, was left the same: $449.99 for the 32 GB version of the Tegra 3, quad-core-based Android 4.0-loaded tablet.

Spec-wise, 1 GB of DDR2 memory is present too, along with Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 802.11b/g/n Wireless, two webcams (5 MP back, 1 MP front), micro HDMI, micro USB, G-Sensor, E-Compass, L Sensor and Gyro-meter.

In Europe, the slate will probably cost around 449 Euro, or 400 if we're lucky. Exchange rates would say 341 Euro, but we've long learned not to trust them too much.
