The Windows 8 model currently bears a price tag of $509 / €374, down from the original $599 / €439, so basically customers will be getting a 15% cut with the purchase, which is not bad.
The Ultrabook features a 13.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Acer has slipped under the bonnet an Intel Core i5-3337U processor clocked at 1.8GHz (from the previous Ivy Bridge generation) coupled with 4GB of RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Customers are also awarded a 500GB HHD with the package. Acer claims that battery life should last you up to 6.5 hours of intense use, which is better than a lot of laptops we have been telling you about lately.
