Animal rights activists are bound to be shocked by Pumpkin’s story

Pumpkin is a rather old cat, whose owners died quite a while ago. As appalling as it might seem, he was declawed when he was a youngster, an event which caused him to become rather aggressive.

As well as this, Pumpkin had no choice but to live on its own for eight months after the people it shared a house with passed away.

Although he was given food and water on a regular basis by other family members, it lacked socialization and therefore it doesn't know how to act around people.

Animal rights activists claim that cats are declawed by their owners more often than one might imagine, and that this usually leaves them feeling vulnerable and therefore likely to attack whenever they sense that they are not in control of a situation.

Hopefully, someone will decide to adopt Pumpkin and help it overcome its fears.
