For die-hard “Breaking Bad” fans, Christmas might be coming a little earlier this week as reports are starting to emerge actor Aaron Paul is making inquires about the possibility of reprising his role as Jesse Pinkman in the spinoff series “Better Call Saul.”

Aaron is very fond of Vince Gilligan, the creator of the award-winning series about a chemistry professor who turns to making and dealing drugs when he finds out that he has terminal cancer. This is the reason why Aaron has had “serious talks” with Gilligan about playing his character in the spinoff series.

According to CBS News, Aaron said in an interview promoting his upcoming “Need for Speed” movie that “Anything Vince is involved with, I'm there. I owe him my entire career. And the idea of jumping into the skin of Jesse Pinkman again in his lighter days - because it's all a prequel - it would be fun.”

“Breaking Bad” registered a huge success during its five-season run, and this is the main reason Vince Gilligan is now working on a spinoff called “Better Call Saul,” which is going to feature Bob Odenkirk in the role of sleazy lawyer with some unusual methods.

Gilligan opened up to the media about the new show and revealed that he was in the process of asking the actors from the previous show to make cameo appearances in “Better Call Saul.” At the moment, it's still unclear if the main character in “Breaking Bad,” played by Bryan Cranston, is going to be featured on the spinoff.
