AT&T's leaked roadmap shows Flipout and Neon II for tomorrow, other handsets for October

Mobile phone carrier AT&T is reportedly gearing up for the launch of a series of new mobile phones for its users, including the long rumored Motorola Flipout, which is expected to be put on sale on the company's airwaves as soon as tomorrow.

The Flipout and other devices emerged in a recently leaked roadmap for the company.

Along with Flipout, AT&T should get another device on Sunday, namely the LG Neon II, which is said to come as a replacement for the original Neon, based on the fact that Canadian carrier Rogers already made a similar move.

On top of that, the wireless services provider is rumored to plan the launch of two new BlackBerry devices from Research In Motion, namely the BlackBerry Pearl 3G and the BlackBerry Curve 3G.

It seems that both new BlackBerry mobile phones are set to arrive on AT&T's shelves on October 3rd, and that they would be accompanied by a new device from Pantech, the Laser.

Next month should bring two new handsets from Motorola on the carrier's network, namely the Motorola “Bravo” and “Flipside,” though it seems that specific details on these two devices lack for the time being, at least this is what Engadget notes in a recent article.

According to the news site, there are great chances that the new devices would prove to be Android-based mobile phones, though nothing is certain on this until confirmation arrives.

Two Samsung devices should arrive next month at AT&T, the “Patek” and “Universe,” it seems.

Moreover, rumor has it that these two would be running under Microsoft's new Windows Phone 7 operating system, especially since their release dates are in line with what was learned before on the platform's launch.

Considering the fact that AT&T and T-Mobile are the only two major carriers in the US to get Windows Phone 7 devices during the ongoing year, we should hear about other similar smartphones too, so stay tuned for more info on this.
